Presenters:

 

        John S. Kupskay, P.Eng. is the President of Paragon Engineering Ltd. John is a project manager with extensive experience in municipal and public works engineering, including infrastructure   construction and rehabilitation, project management and contract administration. John has a broad technical background with experience gained through innovative application of technology to municipal engineering projects both as a consultant and contractor.


David Neveu, AScT, is a Senior Civil Engineering Technologist at GENIVAR. Dave has 15 years   experience in a variety of project types, trenchless projects figuring largely among them. He has worked on numerous rehabilitation projects for both gravity pipes and water mains utilizing trenchless methods. For the past three years, Dave has been a board member of NASTT-BC and is currently involved with the new water main condition assessment project.


David O’Sullivan is the President of PW Trenchless Construction Inc. which specializes in pipe bursting, slip lining, and directional drilling. David earned his engineering degree in Ireland before immigrating to Canada in 1978. He has been involved in the trenchless construction industry since 1990, working first as a consultant for seven years before becoming a general contractor. In the last six years, he has become a major proponent of the use of trenchless technology as a way of lowering ones carbon footprint during the construction process.


Marek Pawlowski is the Principal for M.J. Pawlowski & Associates, a consulting company specializing in underground infrastructure condition assessment and trenchless rehabilitation  methods.


Gurjit Sangha, P.Eng. is the Vice President of Opus DaytonKnight. Gurjit is a specialist in water management, pump stations and pipelines, with experience in water and sanitation master planning and in all aspects of water engineering. He is a Master Municipal Contract Documents (MMCD) Certified Contract Administrator.
